Creating a sales funnel is so much fun and yet so messy and frustrating at the same time. When they’re working we get so happy and pumped and all we can think of is automation, automation, automation!
But when they’re not working life is a serious drag of trial and error.

I’ve been frustrated with all of the above in my business. And if you’re reading this right now and thinking your business doesn’t need a sales funnel– think again! A sales funnel is an amazing tool you can use in your business to provide your community a ton of value and invite those perfect fit clients onto a phone call with you. Here’s the key though– you must be attracting the right people into your sales funnel, or else it will never work.
So many business women (myself included) go ahead and build a beautiful funnel and then don’t target the right women to come into it. And no matter how good a sales funnel you make, if you don’t bring the right women in either through Facebook leads or any organic reach, your funnel will be dead on arrival.
To avoid making this pitfall, really ask yourself WHO exactly you are speaking to (think of ONE perfect fit client) and formulate the entire funnel process after just that one person, start to finish. Make sure you’re always thinking about a person who invests in themselves, especially if you have a higher ticket offer. Make sure you carefully tweak every aspect of your funnel, from your Facebook ad copy to your landing page to every single email you send.
Want to make a certain income with the funnel in any given month? Calculate how many people you would need to buy something from the funnel to make it happen.
Ultimately any good sales funnel needs at least 100-300 leads to go through before making any changes to it. So don’t fix something unless you know for sure it’s already broken. Follow these steps, give yourself a little patience and ease and you’ll be making 5k sales funnels in no time!
