We’ve all done it– looked at that one woman in business who is making loads of money, looks absolutely stunning in her branded photos and makes business look so easy.
Yet you’re here sitting in your pj’s looking at your not so tailored life and wonder how you will ever get to where she is.
Stop comparing your beginning to someone else’s middle! Please, exit out of that app or web browser and focus on all of the things that are amazing in your own business.
The fastest way to business success is to stay in your own lane and honour what’s going on in your business right now. Keep other business owner’s social media pages open simply for inspiration– whenever you find jealousy or self criticism coming on exit immediately. You have NO idea how long it took that woman to be where she is, how long she worked at it and how much she invested. You couldn’t possibly adequately compare your business to hers because you simply do not know enough about her business and her life aside from what she tells you.
So remember– avoid scrolling through other business owner’s social at all costs when you are in a low vibe place. If it’s not inspiring you, it’s time to put the phone down.
